چکیده

Lipofibromatous hamartoma (LFH) is a rare fibrofatty tumor of adipocytes within peripheral nerves, affecting mainly children. It typically presents as palpable mass surrounding the nerves upper limbs, causing pain and neurological deficits in affected nerve distribution. We report case child with 2-years presentation right wrist associated paresthesia, who underwent investigation magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). showed thickening median spaghetti-like appearance lipomatous tissue coaxial cable-like pattern, both features characteristic LFH. This illustrates importance MRI differential diagnosis limb masses pediatric population.
